We want to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible in the most economical way.  We ship using the US Postal Service worldwide (International First Class).  We ship Monday - Friday and try to ship within 3-4 business days.  If you place an order Friday - Sunday they will usually ship on Monday.

Winnie is working well into the middle of the night to make sure your package gets to you as soon as possible.   With the increased volume of orders packaging takes longer than our usual shipping schedule.  Please be patient. :-) 

If your package is dropped off to the post office after 6:00 p.m. CST (we personally take each package to the post office in the evening after work), your package will not be processed by the post office until the following evening.

Please also note, that the tracking information you receive by email is exactly the same information we receive.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT.  If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete and incorrect address we will charge you the additional shipping fees to resend your package.

$60.00 and over = Free Shipping

 

To Canada:

$0.01 - $50.00 = $6.00 Shipping

$50.01 - $99.99 = $10.00 shipping

$100.00 and over = $13.00 Shipping

 

To International Designations:

$0.01 - $50.00 = $7.00 Shipping

$50.01 - $99.99 = $13.00 Shipping

$100.00 and over = $18.00 Shipping

All International First Class Mail will be marked as commercial merchandise. The value you paid for the items will be marked. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times may vary (typically between 2 - 6 weeks) depending on the customs office of the arrival country.

We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped as order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail. Should there be any issues with delivery, we will try to do all we can to assist.
